There are various societies and teams in DTU mentioned below which you can join at any time of the year.
Joining a society has many benefits , firstly you get to know your college better, you get a chance to interact with your seniors and like minded people in the college, you get a platform to showcase your hidden talent.
In my opinion you should join at least one team and a society.

 This is one of most famous societies in DTU. It organises events like troika, techweek, repertoire and online events like intrusion, panache, bulls n bears. Teckweek is held around september and special interest groups are formed thereafter , you can join any two of those which interests you the most.
